CareDx’s vision plan gives you the freedom to see any provider using the VSP Choice network. Keep in mind, however, that you can save a significant amount if you choose a VSP network provider — plus they’ll handle all the paperwork for you.
VSP does not require ID cards as members can identify themselves as a VSP member at the provider location. If you would like a card, you can visit vsp.com and request an ID card via VSP’s print-on-demand feature.
